Occupational License Application
A renewal form is mailed to businesses at the end of each year.
To obtain a Sales Tax I.D. Number, call the Livingston Parish School Board Sales Tax Office at 225-686-3043. The application is not complete without this I.D. #. A copy of your driver's license, a letter in writing from the property owner granting you permission to use the property and a check or money order for the correct amount with the completed application must be submitted to:
